I have always been a paitent at this surgery but I like another review mentions was told by a male gp that he was going to hang up because he didnt like my tone, i was distressed and my frustration was due to being poorly and quite frankly the worst ive ever felt, and the fact that my complaints were being totally dismissed. I ended the call myself and managed to get antibiotics from a doctor on the 111 helpline. Each day after my medication started I felt better and better so I clearly did need them. I then transferred my whole family to another surgery. |

War veteran denied face to face appointment , Suffering depression and said he was ending call due to being aggressive, which I was not He was very arrogant with NO bedside manner. My wife then asked him to reconsider but was very rude to her. My wife was a mental health social worker and he refused to talk to her. This man should not be a doctor and will be taking this further as in my opinion he should not be a doctor |

A local community medical centre that delivers a highly valued - inevitably personalised - service. Friendly staff with a genuinely caring attitude Anyone that critices this facility needs to have their head examined. I’m sure one do the doctors there would happily oblige. |
