Takes 20 mins to get through at least when on the phone.... no one ever calls back when they say they will. Never any appointments online. They keep telling me I have to have a medicine review yet cannot provide me with an appointment to do so... Couple of Drs make you seem like you’re wasting their time when you’re in there and talk down to you.... had a prescription put through as urgent... said it would go through to the pharmacy... it didn’t. When I phoned them to find out what happened I was told it was still awaiting the ok of a Dr. 4 hours after it had been put through to the Dr. The receptionist then just acted morose as I was trying to emphasise that it was put through as urgent whilst he was telling me that it may not be sorted today. What’s the point in having anything urgently if they could care less.
It was a poor surgery when I joined it for the convenience of the kids but now it’s a joke | ||||||
