I needed a doctor whilst out on holiday. They arranged me seen by a doctor the same day (actually within 30mins of arriving in the surgery) All the staff were very polite and professional. The doctor was very re-assureing and put me at ease. My whole experience was brilliant. Would recommend them to anyone else who needs a doctor whilst away from home. ???? Ongoing issues with pain medication for both myself & my partner. I have been left without any medication for the weekend - meaning I will have to call 111 and go to an out of hours clinic. Not the first time this has happened, I will be lodging complaints on Monday morning and changing doctors as soon as possible.There are a few good drs at the practice, and some that should never have become GPs in the first place. The telephone system is a shambles, appointments (when you get one) are with nurse practitioners and the idea of being diagnosed over the phone is ridiculous | ||||||

Attended the surgery at short notice with an issue which was sorted out quickly and efficiently giving me full piece of mind.
