Having changed to this surgery a few months ago, I can only say that I wish I had done it long ago. The difference is remarkable and I can't believe why I believed that I had to put up with the awful treatment I had previously received. I often say to others that it is like being a private, paying patient. The staff are always wecoming, efficient and professional. I have booked online for non-urgent appointments, over the phone for when I wanted to see someone fairly quickly and arrived early in the morhing to sit and wait when I wanted to be seen that same day. I really cannot praise the staff highly enough. |

A family member was suffering from an exacerbation of a condition that was life affecting. We had tried all over the counter medications and seen a Gp once. Over the telephone the receptionists took all our details with genuine kindness, we spoke to a GP TWICE, a pharmacist and called in at the end of a day for a prescription to start an alternative therapy this evening. The practice have been so supportive, professional, kind, considerate to our worries and have done exactly what they said they could do. I am proud to say thank you for the wide variety of services and contacts you offer your patients and their families. Your patient focus as a surgery is gold standard. Thank you
