Steer clear of Dr Adams - patronising and argumentative. All other doctors are lovely especially Dr Bland and Dr Gardner. The pharmacy staff are rude, especially the young girls on there now and I have had to wait an hour and a half sometimes to pick up a prescription, time I haven’t got. I never just pick up a px in under half an hour !! Terrible system. The other day I saw the cleaner on the pharmacy reception and very rude she was too. | ||||||

I have always been treated with thoughtfulness and respect.. it is important to remember that the role of receptionists is to be gatekeepers for the practice. We have always found that as long as we are clear with our needs it is possible for them to be accommodated. We are very lucky to have access to such kind practioners in all areas. | ||||||

We have been patients of this practice for over 30 years. Throughout that time , we and all our family have received first class care and attention from all the staff. We have never had cause to complain or comment adversely.
