I recently attended a morning appointment with my named GP. I was given a possible diagnosis, sent to hospital for blood tests, was given the results and had the earlier diagnosis confirmed and received a prescription which was then dispensed at a local pharmacy. All this by 6.30pm the same day. I would say that was remarkable except that it was typical of the exceptional care I have received for the last 30 years at Claremont Bank. As a family, we have been kept healthy and sane by an outstanding team of doctors, nurses and admin/reception staff who have diligently treated us with respect, dignity, humanity and a sense of humour. So huge thanks to all of you for your hard work. You are very much appreciated. |

Absolutely discussed with the tone and manner in which I was spoken to on the telephone this afternoon by a receptionist. She asked what my appointment was for re my app for the nurse to which I didn’t want to discuss as she’s not medically trained. I was then spoken to in an extremely rude manner and then passed on to another person, who dealt with my request in a quick and polite manner. I am considering c moving surgery because of this rude receptionist. |

I visit the practice every month with my parents who are 87 and 84 years of age. We receive the best care from a designated Doctor. We are able to discuss all manner of health issues and receive medication repeat prescriptions and monitoring of blood pressure. The service we receive is outstanding and we can discuss any health issues that we are concerned about.
