The service at this practice is atrocious, in fact I’d go as far as to say neglectful. Phones go unanswered and when they are answered your told “no appointments available and to try again the following day”. Most of the reception staff are rude and dismissive. The one time I actually got to see a doctor, he didn’t listen to what I said and said he would just order an “MOT of bloodwork to see what shows up” (his words not mine) !! Wasting NHS money and my time, he ordered tests on body parts I no longer have!! Im totally speechless !! My advice is, avoid this practice at all costs. |

Firstly, Dr Jha is extremely helpful - however she is the only member of staff there who wants to help. I have been suffering with extreme tiredness for months (since June 2022), and it's getting worse. I have been passed from pillar to post with endocrinology in Derby rejecting and asking for bloods. However the last straw was my final set of bloods. I have been asked to make an appt to discuss my bloods. The receptionist (who i doubt is medically trained) stated that it was a routine appointment and i needed to wait 2-4 weeks. I am sick of feeling terrible, and it should not be for a receptionist to tell me whether my condition is routine or not. They spoke to me like i was an idiot, incredibly condescending. So bad in fact that I had to end the call otherwise i would have said something i regretted. The NHS is broken. |
