I used to like this surgery. Now has far too many patients. And an unsuitable appointment booking scheme which was made worse by the pandemic. How the surgery still think it is suitable to try and diagnose you over the phone is beyond me ! And you have to write a script to fight your corner for a GP call back but 9 times out of 10 you either cant get through , huge waiting times on the phone and/or when you do all phone apps are gone. Oh and there is an emergency line! Confusing as would go to a and e, but not to burden them, please have a more suitable or at least some service. 0 out of 10. This is health.. |
