i called today at 10.15 am , Debbie the fabulous receptionist got me in at 11 oclock , Dr Allison prescribed me antibiotics for a chest infection , superb experience many thanks to everyone | ||||||

Cant see a GP. Usually there are no GPs on duty. The previous doctor that ran the surgery always had more than one GP every day. Difficult reception staff. No well man check for over 5 years. Missed high PSA result. They didn't contact me to let me know. Services such as online health records not available. Was promised by the new GP when the surgery was taken over that a minor surgery could be performed there. I'm still waiting. I don't know how the current people running this place are allowed to continue running it. Just a money making business. No interest in patient wellbeing. Rotten to the core. | ||||||

Patient care is terrible. No monitoring of long term medication no checks nothing. Unsafe medicine management. Patient confidentiality breached by discussing a different patient when they had the wrong notes open. Missed diagnosis and total lack of follow up care. | ||||||
