I find it amazingly poor that the surgery still does not offer e-prescribing. I think doctors should always offer a choice of venue for follow-up referrals to a hospital (etc) where one exists - they currently do not. They must have a system in place for informing patients that a doctor has written a prescription for them in their absence - I discovered that one had been waiting for 8 days in the Pharmacy for me when calling in over another matter. | ||||||

all the personel that work at the surgery,;which includes bishops itchington] are very good people, nice people, always very friendly and always polite and helpful, just like a family. you can always get help and advice when needed, nothing to much trouble, they will , whenever needed give an appointment that same day if possible I will give them a 11 out of 10, | ||||||
