I went into Alvechurch surgery yesterday and was seen by a fabulous new lady doctor.I felt very at ease with this lady very professional couldn’t do enough to help me.I definitely will ask for this lady again .Dr Zarina is a very uplifting doctor and Alvechurch will do well with having her on there team .Thank you Dr Zarina for your help yesterday ??????????????????

During April-June 2019 I needed to visit the practice for diagnosis, treatment and advice. I received excellent service from a doctor who spent time with me examining and explaining treatment and referral to specialists. He telephoned me at home with results and explained them fully. I am so grateful for his care. I have found that his clinics overrun with time but am happy and prepared to wait as I know he is giving the necessary time to patients rather than a quota time. I have found the reception staff and nurses also very pleasant and efficient to deal with. I believe we are lucky to have the services of this practice and also the option to attend Northwood .

The reception staff at Alvechurch Medical Centre are outstanding. I have found them to be polite, professional and amazingly brilliant. They have gone that extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. I have worked in customer service for over 27 years and have never known staff as professional as they are.
