Absolutely disgusted with this place, six weeks my 8mth old baby has been passed from pillow to post. I have been unable to get a face to face appointment for him to be examined, after spending 4hrs down a&e last week to be told he would improve within 2-3 days... he is still no better, tried calling the surgery to be told the only available appointment will be Tuesday!!! And that it’s not her decision and to take him to the walk in centre. I’m no doctor but I know you can not diagnose a baby over the phone. Myself and all 5 of my children will be moving doctors. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! | ||||||

My daughter had a telephone consultation with Dr Haider, which left her in tears of frustration and disbelief about the way he spoke to her. He was rude and very patronising, he dismissed her complaint and made her feel like a nuisance. Maybe Dr Haider should go on a refresher course on how to be a human being and learn some manners. | ||||||
