It's well known how difficult it is get through for appointments in the mornings but, we are used to it and I always felt it's not the staff's fault as I also find the reception team professional.
I understand that the Doctors have pressure about targets and sometimes could be running behind schedule which means we have to wait for a long time to be seen.
On my last visit I had to wait for over one hour to be seen and I was still OK with that but what I'm not OK with is the shocking treatmentment of the GP. I didn't expect to be disrespected and treated in an abrupt & unprofessional manner by the GP as soon I walked into the room which then it carried on thru the appointment. I do not understand how can a doctor be so judgemental, sarcastic & rude towards a patient just because they are running behind schedule or having a bad day.
I am absolutely appalled with the GP and I feel completely let down. |
