I have been at this doctors for as long as I can remember now and every time I phone up I am met with extremely rude staff who are snappy and act like they are so much better then you. When I first called last year to get a consultation I was new to phoning the doctors and therefore just asked a few questions as I was confused, to which they say you are wasting their time, no I am not, you are a receptionist do your job properly. If this was any other form or business I would never return. |

Have been with this practice for over 10 years and while it’s takes a long time to get thorough on the phone, the staff are fantastic and have been very sensitive to my mental health needs. Doctors are thorough and take time to listen. When you get to speak to a receptionist the majority are really friendly and helpful. |

I was able to see my GP at very short notice after sudden onset of an infection. Reception staff helpful and expertise of GP evident as always. A very responsive GP practice in my experience, over many years. |
