THE SERVICE CAN BE GOOD DEPENDS WHO YOU FIND WHICH UNACCEPTABLE. THAT'S WHY I COULDN'T PUT TERRIBLE BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME FEW GOOD STAFF THERE. |

I asked my carer to call at 7.57 am so we can get an appointment, since last week Friday we got an appointment but the doctor never call back. We were no. 13 so we got to speak to the receptionist quite early, my new carer explained himself why we had to ask again for the appointment and but didn't remember my date of birth so he passed the phone to me. Instead of asking me what's my date of birth she asked how can she help me! I said well... The doctor didn't call us back on Friday, I wanted to tell her I though I might got a call these last two days instead she jumped to my conversation and asked be do you want an appointment? I said yes the next thing she hanged up the call!!?? I mean the carer has been in the phone for ages so they can't say the line was bad, and what about calling back the person? Knowing we tried our best to call early so we can be seen. Never did so we were forced to call again, and found our selves on no. 20, so God help us if I will be seen. |

The doctors are great if you can get an appointment that is.... The receptionists are rude and argumentative, seem to go out of their way to antagonise and wind up patients. Nice one ?? |
