Extremely hard to get an appointment.
Not only do you have to wake up early but also have to persistently keep calling them until you are actually connected, which may take upwards of 20 minutes. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for over 20 years and have always found the doctors, nurses and receptionists very helpful and professional. I really like the new triage system because I can make a telephone appointment to initially ask the doctor a few questions about my diabetes, and then between us we can agree on, for example, whether I should have a blood test, try something different in the management of my condition, or whether a face to face appointment is necessary. It can be a waste to make a full appointment just to ask the doctor a question so this works much better for me, and of course I can see that it has been necessary to go down the triage route to deal with the huge number of patients that this practice deals with. | ||||||
