Answering phone terrible when phone ringing no one answers getting my repeat prescription is a hit or miss they blame computer or doctors not signing them off today tried to ring them it took 3 hours for an answer dare they will have an excuse a lamb one also they have sent prescription to wrong chemist a few times not impressed at all | ||||||

I had the pleasure of meeting the nurse Kim. I hate needles and she was giving me the flu injection. She took her time and put me at ease, explaining everything she was doing as she went. It reassured me and made my time pleasurable. Would be more than happy if I had my next appointment with her. | ||||||
