I have tried to call the practise all morning, 600 times. I have had enough attempting and failing because their line is closed down. I urgently need help, they keep ignoring my health issue and telling me to call back to make an appointment is just the biggest joke! Very unsuccessful practice, I hope somebody will do something with it otherwise a lot more people will die because of their fault. | ||||||

I have a chronic condition which I manage which is quite rare and has complicated and ever changing symptoms. I have found some doctors have very little knowledge of the condition and can also be very dismissive and unsympathetic. This has made me very upset and anxious about visiting the GP at all in the past, to the point I just stopped going even though I needed to. I began seeing the doctor which completely changed this. She is both knowledgeable, caring, listens to everything you have to say and involves you in your treatment choices. I cannot recommend her enough. She is down to earth and just lovely. She has quelled my anxieties in this regard and I now I do no worry at all if I need to go to the GP. 10 out of 10. | ||||||
