I agree with the other comments. I am a patient at this surgery and EVERY morning since Monday I started calling at 07.58. The message said the surgery was closed. I continuously pressed redial then it was engaged & 20 mins of pressing redial again continuously it rang, woohoo I thought but no…I got the message all routine appointments have now been taken!! HOW when I cannot get through for 5 days pressing redial every second. I think we need to stop writing on these blogs and write to one of the GPs. When I do get an appointment I will save a screen shot of my dialling (120) times as I’m sure when they chose to be a dr it was to treat patients but at this rate their patients will be registering elsewhere. In my opinion it can only be as a result of the reception desk. On the plus side Ive always found the drs and nurses to be lovely and very caring | ||||||

I have been with the surgery nearly a year now and the booking system is a joke. I get a text on Friday to say I need to speak to doctor Powell about my test results. I try calling first thing can’t get through l, when I finally do all the appointments are gone. Told to call again the next day same problem. The reception tell me I will have to wait until next week for an appointment but they can’t book it now and to call back at 8am. I can see the test results on the app pretty sure I’ll need medication ASAP. I explain this to the receptionist to be told it makes no difference and I will have to call back tomorrow. Eventually after explaining all my health problems she agrees a doctor will ring me next Wednesday. Let’s hope I don’t get worse between now and then. I have had nothing but issues since joining and refuse to be seen by doctor Brown she is nothing but rude and dismissive. The reception team and nurses have nothing nice to say about her and tell you to avoid her god knows how she still works there! So over all not a great service at this practice!! | ||||||
