Could someone please explain why an 85 year old registered patient cannot get to see a nurse when he has gone deaf in one ear after having a bad cold ?? He has put warmed olive oil in for seven days and he’s still deaf in the ear - he was told to go private as they are doing ear appointments at the moment - I would like to know what they are doing at the moment as they are dealing with Covid injections - disgraceful! What is the point of having a GP - very angry ?? | ||||||

In times when people complain about difficult access to their GP, my local surgery at Chelford is a complete exception. I lead a very busy life as a hospital dr myself, and I often need an appt at short notice for me or my daughter. I never fail to get one. The team are professional and proficient. The only difficulty is parking, and slow reception staff. Otherwise its a perfect GP surgery. | ||||||
