Since years i've been with earnswood and it was ok, but lately the staff on reception became very rude and arogant. This receptionist think they more important than whole doctors, behave like they are bosess and thought they have the right to tell you don't need to see the doctor becouse she cant see anything wrong. The most arrogant, unprofessional staff i've ever saw. | ||||||

Been with Earnswood for years, pre covid I would never ever have complained. Always 5* then. 50+ chairs in the waiting area, which was always busy. Since Covid : less than 20 chairs and the most I've seen in the waiting area is about 7 people. Where has everyone gone?? I became unwell in March 2021, rushed to hospital with breathing difficulties. Since then my condition has gone much worse. I have phoned the doctors repeatedly, all I got were prescriptions for Antibiotics, Steroids and Sick notes, in March this year I was again taken to hospital by ambulance (so thats a year without actually seeing a doctor) In May I was called into Occupational health at work as I'd been off so long, the doctor at work saw me and said you dont need antibiotics your lungs are clear, your blood sats low, and blood pressure low, OH wrote a report for me to hand in to the doctors, at last I get a call to go in. TBF I was sent for lung and heart ultrasounds which found nothing wrong, the problem still persists, I've rung and rung and all I get is your a bit of a mystery!!!! My life has changed so much, I barely recognise myself, all I do is sleep because trying to breath is such hard work. If don't get back to work within this year I will definitely lose my home. Yet I still can't get to see a doctor, a nurse yes... Though the last one told me it was down to anxiety!! So I find myself in a cycle of not breathing well, so no activity = weight gain, which in itself will not help with my breathing, my now financial problems which are causing stress and anxiety = breathing problems. Never ever have I felt so let down, worked all my life, paying my way, never once claimed anything yet I've been left to just deal with it. Beyond Gutted | ||||||
