Green moss surgery is one of the best , if not the best surgery around this area . The GP’s especially Dr Neil Bailey are the most conscientious GP’s I have met , they all are there except one . The receptionists are equally as helpful and all nice ladies. No one is perfect but these are close . I’ve been with an uncaring surgery and I wish I could get my son with this surgery All of those who moan , give them a break if they make the odd mistake , they’re human But for me - they’re brilliant Caitlin Beardmore | ||||||

I find the text messages from the doctors patronising. They do not bother to ring and discuss anything with you, they just send you a very dismissive and patronising text message. They just so happened to do this at exactly 6:30 so that when you try and ring to contact them about it they’ve already gone home. Only been with the surgery around week and already unimpressed with service there. My medical records have not been passed over properly so that when I’m requesting medication I have had before I’m just told to go and get an alternative from the shop… unacceptable | ||||||

I have never met such a rude lazy bunch of receptionist in my life . I would NEVER recommend this surgery | ||||||
