I've been a patient of the Practice for some seven years. I have always been treated kindly, professionally and with respect and so has my young daughter. Thank you to all GP's and staff. | ||||||

Although I have only lived in the village for 15 years. I have always been very happy with all aspects of care here st the surgery. Receptionists have been helpful and pleasant, practice nurses the same. I am more than happy with care given by the doctors who have always listened to the issues, explained as much as possible and gone out of their way to be helpful in all aspects of care. I am more than confident in the doctors - it is important to trust that care given will be the best and I feel that this is true at this surgery. | ||||||

Well where do i start? I have tried for the last 2 weeks to get an appointment only to find there is none. you ring on the first day, one appointment left for the following week that was 10.20 on the monday, not possible to go as i am working. ring back on tuesday 8.30, i was told by the receptionist there will be more appointments released on thursday, so i ring back at 8.35 am and surprize, they have all gone again and there was no more available. i was told that i could not book one for the following week either, but on the information on the web site you can book 8 weeks in advance. clearly not as the recepionist wont let you .so i ring green moss were we had to go all last summer when the rode heath surgery was closed for a long time and was told i could not go there either .i have now changed doctors to one in alsager and in less than one day been seen by a doctor .rode heath doctors is only good for the older people of the village .they may open later twice a week but you still can not get in and do not take into account people do go to work . | ||||||
