I got a TXT this morning asking me to book a flu jab so I rang Saughall, my GP at lunch time, no answer. I rang at 2, no answer, I rang at 3.30, no answer. I went online.... cant book flu jabs on line. How do I book a flu jab????????? However you are able to book a flu vaccination at Saughall by calling either site - if you would prefer you can call 01244 357800 and ask for an appointment for the flu vaccination to be given at the Saughall branch - I do hope you are able to make the appointment without any further concerns, please contact the Practice or Office Manager directly on 01244 357800 if you have any further problems | ||||||

Internet booking system rarely works. Takes several attempts to get through by phone. Then when you are successful in getting through it is next to impossible to get an appointment and if you do it is likely to be at their other branch in the city centre. Also many a times the auto repeat prescription has failed leaving me without my medication. I joined the village surgery for convenience and going to town to see a doctor is not convenient. Most the doctor's are lovely and helpful (one doctor was obnoxious) and the midwife there is superb. But due to poor organisation I have decided enough is enough and time to leave for a more reliable practice. | ||||||

I have seen the senior partner GP at Saughall Village Surgery on numerous occasions over the last few years concerning various medical conditions, some of which quite serious including referral to a Consultant for a hip replacement The service the GP provides is always truly excellent, pro-active, friendly & genuinely caring. A traditional but modern family Doctor approach. I would regard them as a role model for others to aspire to. The practice is also efficiently managed. Contact by telephone to book appointments can be labourious so online bookings via Patient Access is often an easier method.
