As a practice that’s enthusiastically embracing the ‘seeing patients face to face only when all other options have been exhausted’ route, you’d hope their systems and procedures have been bolstered accordingly. Sadly not, as my repeat prescription, 5 days after being submitted (you can’t hand them in, you have to post them through a letterbox outside), was still awaiting signature from a Doctor. My recent medical review, something that requires a physical examination, was done over the phone. |

I am having a few health issues and although the circumstances over the past few year have been challenging, the practice has managed to ride the waves as best it can. Things have got much better the past year and face to face are back if you need them. The reception staff I have spoken to have been polite, supportive and helped with getting me the appointment I need in reasonable time. Drs and nurses are equally responsive, professional, supportive and caring. |
