went to handbridge medical centre was told the flushing im getting from the blood pressure tablets amlodipine wasnt the tablets but the hot weather . then double the dossage im still waiting for a responds . | ||||||

After being our family doctors since we moved to Chester in 1995, and agreeing that we could continue as patients when we moved house (still in the area) they have now decided that our house is outside their zone. Very disappointing | ||||||

It is almost impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor when one wants one and this applies also to a telephone consultation.
Some of the receptionists are less than polite even putting the phone down on you or giving the glib response, "if you don't like it go elsewhere!"
On several occasions we have asked to speak with the practice manager but she is never available.
Not quite the service that one expects.
In the main the doctors are very good and helpful if only you can get to see them | ||||||
