Recently changed to the Grange Surgery. All the receptionists are so kind and helpful. That too goes for the Doctors. Nothing seems too much trouble. Especially in those most difficult of times. Thank you to you all. |

Always able to get an appointment when needed, although not always with preferred GP, all the GPs are lovely and work hard to make sure you get the best care, often going above and beyond which is very much appreciated. Knowing how stretched our GP services are The Grange do their very best. I have only met two members of the nursing team but both are excellent and caring. |

We moved to the area 5 years ago just at the time my husband started to need multiple medical services. I am my husbands Carer so have very regular contact with the surgery and first contact is with the receptionists who are all (surprisingly) unfailingly helpful and, when needed, proactive. Inevitably we have our favourite GPs but if necessary are happy to see any. We have never had any problem getting same day appointments if, as recommended, I call at 8.30am. Bearing in mind there must be a huge pressure of calls around that time it is no surprise that there can be a short delay in speaking to someone. Cannot understand how people can complain about that when one reads about the national shortage of GP Services. We feel very lucky. We also like the fact that the doctors listen to you, discuss treatment options and generally treat you with respect. We feel very well looked after.
I am amazed at how well the practice is organised and the attitude of the people ‘front of house’. This must reflect the high standards of the practice principals.
As in any sphere of life a minor problem can occur but staff deal with it willingly and speedily I don’t think we can ask for more.
We also like the ease with which repeat prescriptions can be ordered online.
All in all we are two very satisfied patients.
