I have been a patient of this practice for several years and I have always been impressed with the professionalism and attention to the patients shown by all the staff. They are always attentive and respectful. They offer an online service, so that patients can check on available appointments, book new ones and re-order repeat medication from the comfort of their own homes. The building in which the practice is housed is a modern one and has been designed with both the staff and the patients in mind. In particular, there is ample parking right on the practice's doorstep in an area where parking is scarce. This is invaluable. It's also on several bus routes and a dual carriageway. I have nothing but praise for them. | ||||||

Attended Thursday to register, explained my problem, was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes, didnt feel rushed, he took his time with the examination and was thorough with his prescription. Very impressed. | ||||||

Can't get past the receptionist, MD. PHD. especially Trish. Sit on hold for over an hour for the call to be cut off when the surgery close. If only southport had more GP'S. I'd move. | ||||||
