The appointment slots offered on patient access are quite far in the future, however if you call to speak to someone, they will offer a priority appointment if it’s deemed necessary. The care provided to me by the GP & the HCA on duty, was absolutely second to none, I couldn’t fault anything. | ||||||

Not only did they record my date of birth wrong in the system after being provided with my visa, passport, drivers license and hand written documents but the receptionist on the phone had the guile to book me in for a Sunday appointment at 8:15am when the practice is closed.
Her response to my comment that "Sunday is fine, I didn't realise you opened on Sunday" was something along the lines of "mm yeah ok" and then went on to confirm the doctor's name.
So here I am at 8:15am on a Sunday hoping that the receptionist was right and the closing times needed updating and the practice is shut.
It's no wonder hospitals are struggling with common cold cold walk-ins wasting time. | ||||||
