After 2 instances of very poor end of life care (for my elderly parents), where the NHS stated that NICE guidelines hadn't been followed for my mother; my view is that if you aren't happy with your care/service you must complain. I have no regrets on taking action but I believe too many people accept the unacceptable when it comes to their GP/NHS. There is a process to follow and that's why it is there. If no one speaks up then nothing changes |

Rude receptionist who seem to more qualified than the doctor. Appointments 4 weeks wait, won’t even listen to reason I been in hospital was told by a consultant to see gp on discharge. All good in the theory the receptionist says triage first. Nurse says no record of admission to hospital so no appointment. The place has gone to the dogs was once good now terrible. Lines open at 8.00am funny but at 8.20am the surgery is now closed message still on. |

Due to my job I have moved around a lot. This is by far the best GP experience. Phones answered promptly, sensible rather than intrusive screening from well-trained, personable receptionists. Kind, caring approachable medical practitioners. |
