Although I am registered with this surgery from less than a year but I am really happy with all of their great services by GP as well as by other staff & reception. My Dr always listen to me and explain if needed.... My greatest ever experience with any GP.... |

My family have been patients at this surgery, in both locations, since 1969. In all of that time we never had cause to make a complaint. On many occasions the doctors have gone out of their way in treating and advising us. The current doctors and their staff are always helpful, courteous and friendly. Whatever you ask they always answer your questions truthfully and with sympathy if necessary. I would heartily recommend this practice and we are so grateful that we are in their catchment area. My partner rang yesterday to make our son a face to face appointment. To be told he would have to wait 8 weeks for an appointment. I am not sure how long others have to wait but I find this disgusting or am I not being realistic? Before anyone jumps on this he has had a sore throat and chest for the last 4 weeks. we have been to the chemists and purchased over-the-counter medication. This is not the first issue with this health center, I made a complaint last year to be told H/C management would contact me to discuss my issues once they return from vacation, and I'm still waiting. |
