I have many health problems but have not been able to see a doctor since the first lockdown. Can't get past the receptionist whatever my symptoms. Had a routine blood test because I am diabetic. This showed a liver problem and I went for a scan. Again arranged via text. I phoned a week later and was told there was no problem - again by a receptionist. This was February. A couple of weeks ago ( now June) I got a snotty pone call from someone accusing me of not using services properly and why had I not called for my results as a doctor needed to speak to me. This is atrocious treatment and as soon as I feel well enough I will be looking for a new practice. I have been a patient with them for 40 + years and have never been treated so badly or disrespectfully. There are other examples I could use. |

Had recent experiences of telephone and face to face consultations. Time to wait for a telephone consultation seems to be unreasonable but face to face consultations with Dr Malic and Dr Ibrahim were quick thorough and where necessary resulted in an early hospital appointment with follow up telephone consultations. Thank you for your help |

Rang the surgery hanging on the phone for a least 15 minutes . Finally got through . Was told to call back around 8am tomorrow advised can take a routine appointment was told to call crack on Monday after 12 o’clock as there was no appointments left . Why can you not get a routine appointment ? Why does the surgery not have options for patients to book a routine appointment beyond 5 days . What happens if they are all gone when I ring on Monday . Patients should not have to keep ringing back especially when your left hanging on for over 15 minutes . Very poor service |
