I made an appointment for a blood test with the nurse and arrived 10 minutes beforehand to find from the receptionist that the nurse has popped out for half n hour. I was furious as I had to take the morning off work as they had given me an appointment time of 10 oclock to find they wanted me to wait a further half hour which I refused to do! I have now lost out on half a days wage due to these ridiculous mis-timings and am expected to make yet another appointment and another morning off work to make up for this. | ||||||
