Heather was my nurse at the offerton centre for my cervical smear but infact helped me with a few other minor ailments that I had but hadn’t had the time or confidence to speak to a doctor about. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I am so grateful for her help and advice. Lovely lady thank you! |

/I had a blood test and was told the result would be available in a couple of days. when I phoned for the result there was a recorded message giving a list of options to choose from, so I chose option 3 as it was specifically for Test Results. There was a message saying my call was No. 1 in the queue so I decided to hold on. After about 12 minutes my call was answered. I gave my details and requested the result of my blood test but to my utter surprise I was told this information could not be given. I must now wait over a week for the Practice Nurse (not even a doctor!) to call me with the result. That's going to be a week of great anxiety and concern about what the test may have revealed. Well thank you very much. |

I've been with this practice since I was a child. Always had a very good experience with the GPs, including the doctor who is now sadly retired.
Luckily rarely need to go in, so recently met new Doctor
Really good, discussed my results over the phone and passed my prescription to pharmacy for me to collect.
Often very busy on the phone, but I still got appointment in reasonable time.
Cant expect more really, especially given the low sums of £ per person a surgery apparently receives per year. |
