Desperately poor. Hostile reception staff, disengaged GPs, and high level risk from what I've experienced. Does not feel like healthcare. Would not recommend. |

Both my wife and I have been patients at this practice for over 60 years, and our children were also treated there, before they moved away. The service we all have received has been excellent, and in my case I have good reason to be grateful to Dr’s Martin, and latterly Dr Marshall for spotting early, potentially fatal illnesses. We continue to use this practice and hope to continue for many years to come should the need arise. |

I have been a patient at this practice since 1991 and so have my wife and two children I have always been healthy and didn’t need to visit the practice until now at the age of 64 I have gone blind in my left eye and needed help which I did not receive due to not being able to book an appointment on line To the reviewer who said I should use private health care and see how hard that is how did they get an appointment and as I live across the road from the Medical Centre and they will not answer the door or telephone so is the reviewer a resident of the area? I think not but it just shows what is going on and it needs explaining to me please as I still have not received any medical help |
