Reception unhelpful lost repeat prescription for anti depressants so rang and asked the reception could they put another one through as I've run out and could do with getting before the weekend as it's Thursday. Answer no you need to come in write on a scrap of paper what you require and it will be processed within 48 hrs, which will be Monday meanwhile because I've ran out of medication because when I rang out the docs earlier in the week to order they said I couldn't because computers are down, my anxiety etc will kick in before Christmas thanks, | ||||||

Always ask if you can come to the surgery? Why when they have my medical records. Always tell me to loose weight when it is not possible as I can not exercise. On behalf of my Mother Mrs Janice G. Oh and by the way her Husband Mr Fredrick James G had a stroke on the 16th January. He is still in hospital and no one has been in touch or visited her to see if she is ok??? Great GP service not !!!! | ||||||
