You have to wait 4 days to speak to a doctor I’ve been to A&E twice now with conditions which the doctor could have look at even the head nurse in A&E says the doctors are not pulling there wheight Talking face to face to the doctor these days is like meeting the queen Today I have to wait by my phone from 8 to 8 but I use my phone on and off all day so if I’m on it he does not get through why they don’t give u a morning or afternoon appointment I don’t no | ||||||

I have been a patient with the surgery since being a little girl first with Dr Williams, then with Dr hati-kakoty and have always been very happy with my treatment in every way. However since Dr hati-kakoty retired the service has had some major problems mainly from the doctors, from locums you can't understand or don't listen. Since the surgery has gained a new gp Dr Adeyinka Adejumo, my treatment unfortunately has not good, from having problems with medication that has been prescribed for my depression and anxiety which have horrendous side effects when missed , to none being prescribed for my arthritis. I have recently used the new system online consult, only for the Dr not to read my added notes that I wouldnt be available in the mornings as I am having so many problems with my sleep. Unfortunately although I was willing to stay due to loyalty, I couldn't stay with the practice has I felt my conditions where not being treated satisfactorily and I have transferred to another surgery. | ||||||
