My experience of this practice over the last 10 years as a patient as been a negative one in the main. There is one Dr who can barely look st you during consultancy never mind hold a conversation with you. They are quick to place patients onto repeat prescriptions in order to forget about you and/or pass you over to other services quickly like a hot potato. My most recent appointment for a serious and debilitating illness took numerous phone calls and 2 weeks to secure and when I got to see the Dr the knowledge about my condition and its treatment was sparse. Even though I needed treatment ASAP I didn't receive any because of lack of knowledge, understanding, empathy or sympathy. I came out feeling worse and my condition has worsened with no-one doing anything to help me. | ||||||

At Hasland St Philips Drive surgery the Doctors are very helpful they listen to you don't rush you. Both the doctors I've seen helped me straight away. Wouldn't want to change Doctors. The reception staff are very helpful nothing too much trouble. | ||||||
