The staff at the Tong Hall Lane practice, nurses and reception are always very helpful and efficient. I cannot make a comment on the GP's in the practice as I haver never needed their services, so far. | ||||||

What a shambles of a surgery. Don’t answer the phone carnt go in. Honestly be better moving surgery. Rude and moody receptionist. He wants sacking. | ||||||

I visited the surgery today and yet again had a poor experience. This was mainly due to the unhelpful and rude attitude of the receptionist. I am happy with the doctors and the nurses but certain receptionists really let the surgery down. I was not the only person this particular receptionist was unpleasant with, she was extremely rude to a gentleman who was ahead of me. | ||||||
