I have lived in the Village for three years and although my visits to the surgery are minimal I have always been very satisfied with my treatment from the friendly receptionist to my G P appointment.
I visited this morning and felt I had time and care spent with me.
Thank you for continuing to give Killlinghall a well run and caring practice. | ||||||

GPS very reluctant to refer, even when necessary. My husband was prescribed meds from hospital consultant to be taken long term. Gp tried to change for a non branded product citing 'it is the same and does the same job'. I Google it, it Di notes the 'samejob'. Had to speak to hosptal who wrote a firm letter saying must be what they have said.
Appointment system is terrible. No pre bookable appointments for a month. Ring on the day at.8, can't get through. Absolutely hopeless. | ||||||
