This is an excellent surgery with wonderful doctors. Particularly Dr Alford. Thankyou for your great service. |

The surgery has regressed over recent years. Staff on reception are poorly trained and lack the knowledge to refer you to the right departments. Trying to get through can take up to an hour? You are asked to leave prescription requests on an open desk in the porch containing personal information? Data protection surly applies to this practice too? God forbid you challenge a GP about genuine concerns re the care/treatment they provided. Rather than listen and embrace the constructive criticism you get told to leave and find another practice? This comes from a senior GP who feels it wasn’t important to tell someone they were pre diabetic. That person went on to develop type 2 and has 5 stents. I can show him several articles on how pre diabetes should be managed. His only constructive input was to suggest I leave? |
