everyone in seahouses surgery are pleasant and very helpful . i recently have had to deal with a lot with my son after his accident and sometimes forgotten about tablets etc. they always try to help with advise and are sympathetic cant fault any of them receptionists doctors and nurses | ||||||

The contrast between this surgery and the main one in Belford is insurmountable. Despite living in Seahouses I h hose to travel to Belford for any appointments rather than go to this surgery.
There is a receptionist at Seahouses which brings shame upon the exemplary GP's to which this practice is connected. The receptionist is extremely rude, arrogant and displays a personality which is anti-social at best. On several occasions myself and my partner have encountered this receptionist and they are confrontational without reason and displays the characteristics of someone who is devoid of a moral compass or any common decency.
Myself and my partner have made complaints about this person and have been met with convoluted nonsense from the Practice Manager who only seeks to make unfounded excuses, avoid actually investigating the complaints in full and went as far as to accuse us of being liars. Why would we do that for a person we thankfully do not even know besides the ridiculous issues we have encountered with them.
I have a long term illness and I am forced to travel to Belford just to get a service I should be able to take for granted locally. These experiences have even had a negative effect on my health and that is wholly unforgivable.
The PM and this receptionist bring shame on great GP's at this practice and it is a disgrace that they continue to carry out such deplorable actions while seemingly getting away with whatever they choose to do.
My partner is seeking more assistance via the relevant Ombudsman but it is disgusting that we are forced to take such actions in the first place.
I can only assume the rave reviews I see here are dubious to say the very least because otherwise they are referring to a completely different surgery than the one I now avoid at all costs! | ||||||
