We are staying in the area and having forgotten medicines have contacted the surgery for help. Through no fault of theirs we were passed back and forth and the receptionist couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. Well run efficient surgery. Staff and doctors treat you with respect and do try to get you in to see a doctor asap. Most amazing as they only have 3 doctors covering a wide area. I was doing the Northumberland coastal Path, walk. I had developed a rash becoming worse every day and tried to access healthcare in Seahouses and all surgeries were closed . The next day I presented to Belford Surgery following my walk. Amazing reception staff, so helpful. Registered me as a temporary patient and was able to see an amazing Doctor who was professional , so helpful and reassuring . Thankyou so much Dr Moss an absolute credit to your patients and your Practice. I was able to finish my walk. | ||||||
