Once again, provision of the highest order. I was happy to fill in details of my questions on-line and indicated I would be satisfied to receive answers/advice on-line. To my surprise, I was offered a face-to-face consultation within 24 hours, and my preferences for how to move forward have been implemented. As always, there was no sense of rush or pressure - I always feel I am being treated as an individual rather than just another patient. |

An on-line consultation form submitted at 9.30am, a phone call with the doctor before noon and a face-to-face consultation at 2.30pm - all dealt with within 5 hours. Once again, a remarkable level of patient care - how fortunate we are to have this team in Berwick. |
