rang tuesday morning 8.30am waited.waited.waited 40minutes later answered no appointments ring back tomorrow 8.30 did that was wednesday no appointments ring back thursday TODAY STARTED RINGING AT 8.25 9.10AM ANSWERED NO APPOINTMENTS !!! whent to pharmacy and was given advice as no medication could be given as prescription was needed!!! more helpfull than the surgery so still in pain cant get an appointment so cant get a prescriptionfor what i need and in pain WHAT ARE PATIENTS TO DO !!!? SURELY APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE SPREAD OUT AND ALL NOT GO AT 8.30 VERY DISAPPOINTED | ||||||

Given up trying to get a an appointment. Do all my enquiries on line now and get a text back. Last time I didn't receive any feedback and had to phone to enquire what the advice was from the GP. The GP's have disappeared behind a wall of econsultation and texts.
