Only reviewing my most recent experience today so this is not a reflection of the practice in general which I normally find okay. I have only ever dealt with Dr Tut in the past who has been extremely helpful but today I had to see Dr Roberts as only appointment available. I was in to discuss an ongoing health issue which has been going on since the start of the year. I felt like I had to fight to get anywhere and left the practice very upset which is not ideal when you’re not feeling well to start with. He was extremely rude and dismissive of my health issue, very obnoxious and to be perfectly honest it was like he couldn’t be bothered to deal with me. I had a family member with me and we were both asking him to help me to get well and he was also very rude to her, at one point he even threatened to have her removed from the room. I have heard stories from others who have also had terrible experiences with him and will NEVER go back to see him, in fact I am even thinking about leaving the practice after this horrible visit today. | ||||||

This surgery could not care less about its patients just interested in making money and doing as little work as possible. Rolling in the cash not seeing patients, rude and condescending, dangerous place avoid. | ||||||
