I'd just like to say that I agree with some of the complaints aimed at the practice! But on the whole I've been satisfied with the level of care given to myself! The unprecedented situation with covid etc. has been a real challenge for all of us ! I do believe that lessons have been learned and less experienced staff have benefitted from a little more education! In my opinion the practice has improved overall ! I think that perhaps we all need to consider each other with a little more understanding and empathy! |

I have been trying for 2get a sicknote off the doctor pls,as this is the 3rd day 2get on & it goes on 2 the blue.page with white words,& 4everytime I tried 2get in it would put me bk 2the page. All the time,it's got my life,&am so desperate for the sick note,could you pls hp me get it,thanks a lot Mr Michael Smith. |

I think the booking system for getting a future doctors appointment needs to be addressed. There is no option on-line as the options to book refer to an appointment with a nurse. There is no facility to book an appointment with an actual doctor therefore you have to ring them at 8am, wait in a queue (I actually waited 35 minutes this morning to speak with a receptionist). I didn't need a doctor for that day however have a medical issue that needs to be looked into by a doctor and refer me to a hospital specialist. There needs to be another means of making a doctors appointment that does not apply to having to be seen that actual day. Perhaps a different telephone number or an option to speak to a receptionist to book a future appointment should be made available. |
