I have been a patient all my 51 years,I find the staff helpful and friendly and try to help, this climate we live in I find it unbelievable that people give unfavourable reviews, it is clear that the NHS is massively underfunded and under these circumstances the staff at Glen Park are doing their upmost to help in any way they can, I for one respect each and everyone who work there keep up the good work much appreciated. |

Unable to get through on phone and yes i understand its busy but the lines are not open at 659 but all engaged at 7 !! Doctors seem to have no concept of how a health problem impacts all aspects of life ie ability to work,mobility etc. I have been referred to a chiropodist but now the doctor is ignoring their recommendations and I am in limbo |

I would recommend anyone considering joining this surgery to avoid it. It is very difficult to get through on the phone. Which means if you work full time and are unable to spend a morning on a phone you’re a bit stuck. As well as the issue in ringing they have a very weird appointment process. You cannot book an apt in advance and have to ring like anyone in an emergency. Again this means you basically have to take a few days off work to get an appointment. Add to that the poor knowledge, customer focus of the staff when you do get through. It’s terrible. I think they must be better with the more well known health issues but clueless about anything different. |
