Fantastic surgery from the cleaners to the management it's great! Been with this drs for 25 years and never any problems, I have a 2 year old daughter who is also redgistered here I have always been able to get an appointment the same day when she has needed it, the dr always makes sure he can do everything he can and listens to everything you have to say, fab practice fab staff! |

The nurse here is really wonderful; attentive, empathetic and kind. As for everything else - this is categorically the worst surgery I have ever been to. The sole resident GP looks exhausted and overworked. As a consequence, the doctor didn't recognise me after multiple visits to their office. Another GP very reluctantly offered me consultation on a health issue, saying the doctor didn't have the time (I'd been in their office for about 5 mins at this point). You feel rushed and uncared for - particularly for issues pertaining to mental health. Administratively, I don't trust them either - I phoned up for blood test results and they initially gave me the wrong results. The building itself is really bleak - no outside windows in the waiting room, old carpets and furniture... I can't believe anyone thought this was ever an appropriate setting for a GP's surgery! This place is a serious accident waiting to happen and it should be closed immediately. |

The doctor in this surgery is great. He knows my medical condition inside out and always asks about past illnesses when I visit. If I attend any medical appointment outside of his practice he always follows up on anything said by other medical professionals.
I have taken my child a few times and one occasion being very late at night. The doctor worked after hours communicating with the QE to get the appropriate care for my child and I could not thank him enough.
This is the second surgery I’ve been registered at and anyone wanting to change really should think because the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.
The queue at reception is always minimal and I get through to them on the telephone swiftly. I never need to contact them for prescriptions as I use their online service and can order in seconds straight to my pharmacy to take the pressure off the doctor. |
