I have waited over an for to be seen for my appointment a few times but the doctors are really good compared to the past surgeries I have been registered with. Prescription ordering can be really inconvenient for me regarding times 10-12 and I need my medication. i feel this should be revised. I'm sorry that the prescription telephone line times are not convenient for you. Did you know that you can order your medication online or by email too? The NHS app has now been launched and it's really easy to register and also easy to use. You can also book appointments using the app and view your medical record. You can download it to your smart phone by going to the App store or Google Play. Alternatively you can send an email to ngccg.secondstreetsurgery@nhs.net. | ||||||

not happy at all with practice , i have to drive my partner over to "see" a doctor and nothing is done once she's spoke to one , no help , as doctor says no magic wand or magic pill for mental health issues and the leaflet he came her was very poor in any information , needs a shake up this practise | ||||||
